For Athletes & Beginners
Free Initial Consultation
During your free consultation we can discuss your training background, what you want to achieve from your programme, and how we can work together to achieve your goals. This usually takes around 30 minutes and can be completed in person (subject to location) or via video call. If you wish to proceed you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and lifestyle form.
For Newcomers to Running
If you prefer to complete the training on a one to one basis, this is also available. Please contact me for further information and prices.
For regular, intermediate and advanced athletes
These programmes start at 12 weeks and are also available up to a full training cycle of a calendar year. 12 week bespoke programmes designed specifically for you and working around your life commitments are available for £195 (12 week) £375 (24 weeks) and £695 (48 weeks) A 16 week marathon training programme is also available for £249. Our programmes can be delivered to you by email and/or via smartwatch and the V.02 running app (requires participant to download the app).
Coached running sessions for all levels of runner are also available. Please contact us for further information on prices. (Subject to availability and only available in selected areas)
Excluding the Couch to 5k programme, all our programmes include a weekly face to face conversation (via videocall) to establish how you are progressing and if any adjustments need to be made to your personally designed programme.

For Couch to 5k participants, the opportunity to train with liked minded individuals, under the guidance and tutorage of your coach.
For personal training provided at your own home or public park focused on athletic development relevant to your training goals.
For 1 to 1 run coaching to provide you with the extra tuition, guidance, mentoring and motivation to help you succeed in your goals (additional costs apply, limited availability).
A weekly pre-arranged face to face video call to discuss your training, progress and identify if any adaptations are required to your provided programme (not including group Couch to 5k participants).
